Description:
The Model 10901 is a universal type beltloop attacher with a servo controlled sewing head. It feeds and cuts loops to desired length. Detects and discards all overlaps with a special cut off positioning system. Due to its unique design many different style beltloops are possible. The operator positions the garment in the machine and starts the cycle. the machine places the loop on the garment and sews it as desired in place. In the meantime it loads the machine with the next loop. Single or tandem operation. Simple mechanically driven main motions save aire and give reliability. Quick and easy size changes.

Description:
The model 6075 will cut longer strips to any desired length. It comes with the unique feature of being able to trial cut and check the length on just a short segment of that long strip. The end result being that it saves material in the length setting process. With special cams it can also cut differnt lengths in a set pattern. Purely mechanical (no electronics involved). Starts and stops with sewing machint operator. Counts and stops at the preset number.
Applications:
The model 6075 is designed to cut and count long strips up to 96″. It will cut a wide variety of materials. If different lengths are to be cut, it can do so in one cycle (say cut 2″, 2″, 4″, 8″).
Specifications:
- Cutting length from 0″ to 96″ (243 mm).
- Up to 2-1/2″ (63.5 mm) wide.

With Overlap Detected Cut-off positioning
Description:
The 5200 will cut loops to any desired length. when an overlap is detected, the 5200 will feed past the overlap and cut off. This will generally be a shorter loop, and will identify the middle or the end of beltloops for this pair of pants.
Applications:
The 5200 is designed to meet the need for bletloops that are 100% shade matched. See “Shade Matching” for more details. To simplify or eliminate bundling, marking, identifying, waste material, pre-shading.
